Roasted Potatoes

You can make a big batch of these and then keep them in the fridge for a week’s worth of pre-workout snacks. 

Ingredients:

4 cups of new potatoes

salt, pepper, olive oil, and rosemary

Directions:

Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.

Drain and transfer to a cookie sheet.

Add salt, pepper, olive oil, and rosemary to taste.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 400F (they should start to brown).

Pack a few with you to enjoy before a workout!
